As Italians, we know how to cook and how to eat well: the Mediterranean diet is what our grandparents unconsciously followed for decades in ancient villages of Italy. This is our lifestyle.

How it works

After completing the payment, you will receive a detailed set of questions to estimate your current body situation and the goals you would like to reach. Based on a detailed preliminary check of your current body conditions, our team will structure a custom protocol suitable for you on the basis of your objectives.

After receiving the protocol, if you still have questions or doubts, we are at your disposal by email. We will try our best to meet your needs.

The duration of the program may vary according to your specific needs. Usually, our clients can see important results in less than 40 days, but this really depends on your commitment.

It is required to send us an update every 2 weeks, so we can adapt the protocol to your needs.
